The FSZ 300/10-9 oil-immersed composite vacuum on-load tap changer is a new‑generation on‑load tap changer developed by our company. It integrates the tap selector and switching mechanism into a single unit, employs vacuum arc extinction, and features an embedded composite resistor transition structure (see the appendix for external dimensions and mounting details). The device comprises an oil chamber and a composite insert core, among other components.
This product series offers two voltage‑regulation methods: neutral‑point regulation and end‑terminal regulation. It features a compact footprint, light weight, simple construction, long service life, and easy maintenance.
The switch’s technical performance complies with the national standard GB 10230.1-2007, “On‑Load Tap Changers.”
The switching system consists of a tap changer (responsible for tap‑changing operations), an electric actuator (which controls the operation of the tap changer), and connecting cables (which link the tap changer to the actuator).
